Shilpi Joshi
Founder and Director

Shilpi has over 20 years of experience as a Learning and Organisational Development professional. Ten of those years have been as a Senior Leader in the financial / regulatory services and media industries. 

 

She brings to you her experience as a senior leader, a strategic partner with executive leadership groups and experience in working on large-scale transformational change projects.

 

Shilpi has experience in setting the strategic direction of Organisational Development within businesses including Leadership and Talent Development, Employee Engagement, Diversity and Inclusion, Learning & Development and Performance Management.

 

She has worked both within organisations in senior leadership roles, and as an external consultant, executive coach, trainer and facilitator.  In her role as an external consultant, she works with companies from a range of industries including Advertising and Media, Banking and Finance, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, Professional Services and the Public Service. 

 

Shilpi’s flexible style and her ability to provide pragmatic, commercially driven solutions means that she is a trusted and respected leader, adviser and coach. 

 

She also has extensive experience as a facilitator and trainer, having designed and delivered strategy planning workshops, leadership and resilience development programs. She has also worked on many programs with aimed at retaining and developing high potential leaders.

Shilpi utilises a range of leadership models and assessments to suit her clients’ needs. She also has deep understanding of organisational psychology approaches which she utilises regularly in her work.

 

Qualifications

  • Master of Communication Disorders (by Research, University of Sydney)

  • Bachelor of Applied Science (Speech Pathology, University of Sydney)

  • Certificate IV Assessment and Training

  • LSI, GSI, Hogan Profiling & Assessment Tools, DDI Success Profiling, Certified Resilience Coach, Prosci Change Management, Hogan Inventories and 360 Assessment, Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI), Certified Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
