Shilpi’s career path has been marked by a transition from a successful career as a Speech Pathologist and academic to senior positions in learning and organisational development in ASX-listed companies, showcasing her adaptability and commitment to growth.

Shilpi is also an Associate with Melbourne Business School where she facilitates and coaches on their executive leadership programs.
